Twitter dot com really sucks, it sucks BIG and MAGNUM nuts, and the second I go back to uploading on ng I get met with being put into the art portal and I hate twitter so I wanna switch :)
So I just wonder, what more should I post? Should I just continue to draw more wide-hipped boys? Branch out? Post more of my sketches? I'unno how any'a this stuff works, I'm just the unprofessional-professional girly boy.

Just generally keep up the good stuff. There's no algorithm here you have to keep up with, so don't feel obliged to suddenly post more than you're able or comfortable with. It's fine if you keep posting cute femboys, or you can branch out - that's your call to make.
One thing to bear in mind is that the art portal is meant for finished pieces, so if you post sketches/doodles/unfinished stuff, be sure to remove the tick at the bottom of the submission form for finished pieces. Alternatively, you can post them on the Art Forum, where lots of artists have their own dedicated sketch threads: https://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/forum/14

Looking through your stuff I'd say keep it up with the wide-hipped bois. Sketches are good for building community engagement and putting yourself out there. Don't be afraid to play around with other styles and stuff too. NG also has lots of community events every month and some of them even have cash prizes so it's worth checking those out too
full disclosure: I am not good at art so idk the best ways to put yourself out there as an artist
Oh also: definitely don't be afraid to branch out subject wise. Keeps you on your toes as a creator and lets people know you are not just a one-trick pony.
